Attendees and Guests


Is there a registration fee?

Attendance is free for students, government employees, military service members, nonprofit professionals, academics, and for the first 300 general registrations.


Is there a registration deadline?

No, you can register at any time.


Where is the conference being held?

The Summit takes place at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place. There will be signage to guide you to the correct location.


Is on-site parking available?

Parking is available in the Marriott parking garage. Upon entering the hotel complex at the stoplight from Don Knotts Boulevard, make a quick left turn towards the Marriott Parking garage. Please note, DO NOT park in the One Waterfront Place garage, which is located to the right when you drive toward the Marriott’s front entrance.


Will there be shuttle services?

Yes! Free shuttles will be available for students and faculty and will loop every 15 minutes starting at 8 a.m. and ending at 7 p.m. between:

  • Evansdale Campus at the Upper Library lot, across from the Advanced Engineering Research Building (AERB)
  • Downtown Campus at the Reynolds Hall parking lot in front of the atrium/south entrance
  • Morgantown Marriott

Are meals provided?

Yes, all attendees will enjoy:

  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and networking reception snacks
  • Attendees 21+ will receive two complimentary drinks at the networking reception

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, connect to the network labeled MarriottBonvoy_CONFERENCE.


What is the dress code?

Come as you are, but business casual attire is recommended.

Poster Session and Exhibitors


Where and when do I drop off my poster?

  • Statler students: Please refer to your confirmation email for instructions.
  • Other colleges/exhibitors: Ensure you have confirmed your participation at cyber@mail.wvu.edu and drop off your poster at the Morgantown Marriott on Tuesday, Nov. 11, between 12 – 6 p.m.

When will posters and exhibits be displayed?

Displays will remain up throughout the day on Nov.12. The networking reception after 4:30 p.m. will be a key opportunity for engagement.


What are the setup and teardown times?

  • Setup is available Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 12 – 6 p.m.
  • Teardown can occur following the conclusion of the event around 7 p.m.

Where do I go to set up?

  • Enter the hotel complex from Don Knotts Blvd.
  • Turn left toward the Marriott parking garage
  • Drive past the garage and continue behind the building until you see the dead-end sign (you’ll turn around after unloading)
  • The drive will run parallel to the walking trail
  • Enter through the rear conference doors, where a check-in table will guide you to your setup location

What is the exhibit layout like?

Exhibitor tables will be placed within the main event hall, allowing you to hear the main program and participate in the full day’s programming while interacting with attendees during designated breaks and the networking reception.
